UPDATED: The dumptruck that tipped over and the Kia Sportage that it fell on this noon were both on the Cebu City-bound lanes of the SRP. Initial reports say the truck hit the Sportage and dragged it forward until it ended up facing the opposite direction. Although it appears to be a head-on collision , it was not. Neither vehicle crossed the island that separates the Talisay and Cebu City-bound lanes.
