Fuente Christmas Tree
Halloween may be the craze in the malls these days but really, the biggest holiday for Filipinos is still Christmas. The Lhuillier Christmas tree, on its ninth Christmas this year, is slowly taking shape at Fuente Osmeña. Work quietly started a few weeks ago and will culminate when it is lit up in December. It will stay up until after Sinulog on the third Sunday of January, informally the end of Cebu’s Christmas season.
