FS Vendemiaire
FS Vendemiaire, a French frigate, prepares to dock at the Cebu International Port for a visit. The FS Vendemiaire is a light monitoring frigate or warship of the French Marine Nationale. It carries missiles, guns, a turret and a helicopter. Last year, it went on a tour of Chinese ports and stopped at four of them. In Hong Kong, it was opened to the public for viewing.
