Cebu’s Anti-RH Bill Rally

This was the crowd that anti-Reproductive Health Bill advocates in Cebu gathered for their solidarity march this afternoon. Leading the group was Cebu Archbishop Jose S. Palma. At Fuente Osmeña where they converged, they were joined by Gov. Gwen Garcia, Talisay City Mayor Socrates Fernandez and former Cebu City congressman Raul del Mar who was presumably representing his daughter, Rep. Cutie del Mar. The controversial bill is up for voting at the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
