Monica Torres, 28, was first in the Philippine elite title for females in today’s Cobra Ironman 70.3 Philippines Triathlon. This is Torres’ fourth title as she has been winning this since the Philippine edition of Ironman started in 2009. She clocked in at 4:48:40.
